My Chrysler had a transmission issue, it was making a howling noise. I am a Mechanical Engineer so I knew it was going to be expensive. I brought my car to the Summerville shop, got some no-nonsense advice, after some conversation i decided to let these guys do there job. They did an exellent job. It was not as expensive as i had anticipated. Thanks Guys!!!
These people actually care about their customers! Repairs are done when they say they will and they call you with updates. We trust them with all of our cars.
If you need work of any kind on your vehicle this is the place to go! I reached out to them after a god awful experience with another shop in the area. Let me tell you working with them was night and day. From start to finish they were speedy, professional and affordable. My only regret is I did not go to them first! Do not waste time looking for any better team to handle you vehicle needs.
Natalie and Bella are super friendly and helpful!! I have used Aamco for a transmission rebuild, AC compressor, and now an alternator. I feel the pricing has been fair and the work solid. The AC service unfortunately had a small leak after replacing the compressor. Natalie and team had the leak fixed and had me back on the road in no time! And it didn't cost me anything! I love that they utilize Koalafi! While pricing is fair, I personally don't always have the $$$$ right then in there using Koalafi they get paid and I have 90 days same as cash to pay off, longer if I need it. Very VERY helpful!! While I hope I don't need them anytime soon 😆😆😆😆butttt, I'm happy I feel I have a auto repair shop I can trust. They provide information on things that NEED a repair and things that could use a repair, but I never feel pressured.
The people at AAMCO at Old Trolley Road in Summerville are the best! Not only have they helped me with repairs to my vehicle in the past, but recently helped me through a difficult transition between vehicles being very sensitive and understanding of my situation. I highly recommend and appreciate them very much and look forward to doing more business with them in the future!
Natalie and her staff at Aamco treated me like family from the moment I made that phone call and she keeps being there for me now and will be in the future with a warranty when your transmission gets replaced!! I highly recommend coming here for your vehicles needs! This girl knows what she's talking about! She explains everything that goes on, keeps you updated on every step of the way!! What more could you ask for!! Not to mention the lobby is so welcoming!! 💝 I've had my van back for a week now and it feels like a new van!! I no longer have to worry about something as huge as a transmission all thanks to the family at Aamco!! I couldn't be more grateful for them.
