My Chrysler had a transmission issue, it was making a howling noise. I am a Mechanical Engineer so I knew it was going to be expensive. I brought my car to the Summerville shop, got some no-nonsense advice, after some conversation i decided to let these guys do there job. They did an exellent job. It was not as expensive as i had anticipated. Thanks Guys!!!
These people actually care about their customers! Repairs are done when they say they will and they call you with updates. We trust them with all of our cars.

Came here when I needed some transmission maintenance, I called about a half dozen shops around the area and they were the only ones who took the time to ask the right questions to give me information about what the worst best case scenarios could be, even though they haven't looked at it yet, which is understandable. They said it could be a simple solenoid replacement or of could be a complete transmission replacemen, but that was unlikely based on our conversation. They're the only ones who treated me with a high amount of respect and it was very much appreciated. When I took it to them, they confirmed the scenario and provided a great service at a great price. They completed the work efficiently and had great customer service along the way, I worked with Natalie throughout the process, I can't recommend this place any higher. I'll definitely be back! but hopefully not for a while lol
