My Chrysler had a transmission issue, it was making a howling noise. I am a Mechanical Engineer so I knew it was going to be expensive. I brought my car to the Summerville shop, got some no-nonsense advice, after some conversation i decided to let these guys do there job. They did an exellent job. It was not as expensive as i had anticipated. Thanks Guys!!!
These people actually care about their customers! Repairs are done when they say they will and they call you with updates. We trust them with all of our cars.
Natalie and Bella are AMAZING! I purchased about a month ago a Nissan that came with a bad tranny, and they were prompt, super courteous, and very professional! Best price tooooo!!! The best part? It wasn't a fluke! I went back today with a check engine light on another new car I purchased this weekend (yes, God is good) and they made it happen for me again! What?! I'm sold. And one happy customer, for sure. Thanks Aamco Team! Yall are the BEST!
Overall my experience with AAMCO was excellent! The owner, Natalie, was professional, friendly, and honest! Ian was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the issues with my car! A shout-out to the technician who worked on my car! (Sorry didn't get his name) Car runs great! Also a shout-out to Bella who was extremely friendly and who kept me updated with the progress! I will definitely go back if I've problems in the future!
Truck needed a sensor replacement. Staff was awesome and were very helpful. They kept me in the loop and finished the work faster than expected. Would highly recommend
